The core activity of SC Expres Mercur Spedition SRL is the road transport of goods, with a significant share of turnover. In 2020, this sector generated 75% of the company’s revenue, maintaining the same structure as in previous years. We offer both domestic and international freight forwarding services, focusing mainly on customers in Italy, Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium and France.
Our road haulage solutions include both fully loaded trucks and groupage freight. We adapt our transport to the needs of our customers. On request, we can organize groupage of goods for trucks, ensuring a fast and efficient pick-up of goods for various road routes, both in Romania and abroad. All shipments are carried out with maximum safety and reliability.
We are dedicated to our customers, offering them security and promptness, always taking into account the nature of the goods transported. Our fleet consists of 23 tractor heads and 47 semi-trailer trailers. All trucks are equipped with tachographs and GPRS monitoring systems.
For an efficient monitoring of the transport activity, SC Expres Mercur Spedition SRL uses a modern and powerful online fleet monitoring system – the Web Eye system. This system allows real-time control of the fleet, workforce and fuel consumption. Through it, we get important information at any time of the day, helping us to:
For each lorry, the goods transported are insured in the event of damage, accident, theft or destruction, in accordance with the legislation in force. The additional insurance covers the amount of 150,000 euro for external transport and can be adjusted according to the needs of the customer.
Throughout the course of our business, we focus on continuously improving the quality of our services and charge competitive rates. During each journey, the contact between the customer’s company and SC Expres Mercur Spedition SRL, as well as all the information related to the transport, is made directly, without intermediaries, thus reducing certain costs associated with intermediaries.
All our drivers have extensive experience in domestic and international transport and are trained to European safety standards.
